At Tartan & Zebra we are purveyors of fine quality stationery, cards, gift wrap and art prints.
All prices shown are retail and final prices. However some custom charges and duties might apply once the items have reached certain destinations.
Standard and expedited shipping services are charged accordingly and clearly shown on your shopping cart.
Payments in our website are processed securely with Paypal and Stripe platforms. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express.
Ready made stationery, Gift wrap and Art prints
Products in stock will be dispatched as per our standard or expedited shipping dispatch times. We always aim to maintain our stock inventory as accurate as possible, however sometimes some items might not be in stock. If this occurs we will always inform you of the date when the item becomes available again, and you might decide to keep your order or cancel it.
Personalised and Bespoke products
Bespoke Stationery: All our stationery collections available on our website can be customised with your personal details and your choice of ink colours, paper and envelopes. Once your order is made we will provide you with an online proof which will be emailed to you together with some recommendations and suggestions our design team might think convenient to achieve the best possible result. When you agree to the final design a physical sample will be sent to you and After your final approval we will start printing.
The design stage and the elaboration and modifications of online and printing proofs before the final product is manufactured are included on the price charged once the order is made. Additional client’s requests and specifications for a particular product might require an additional charge which would be estimated by our Creative Design Studio.
Personalised photo prints: after placing your order and emailing us your images and personal wordingwe will provide you with an online proof which will be emailed to you. After your final approval we will start the printing and framing.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return or exchange an item please notify us by email first. We will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery for goods that have not been used and are in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original sales invoice. Goods returned by the customer which are incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be refunded.
The shipping costs for returning all products will be paid by the client and after receiving them and checking them carefully, Tartan & Zebra will issue a complete refund of the full price of the item and the original shipping cost. Refunds are issued in the same form of which payment was made.
For bespoke stationery and personalised prints only a 40% of the total value will be refunded.
Gift vouchers are not refundable under any circumstance. The value of any returned products paid with vouchers will be refunded only into the same form.
